PornVill.com respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Prohibited Activity

You must not upload, share, or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights. We may remove any content we believe violates these rights and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Any user receiving three (3) valid copyright complaints within 30 days will have their access permanently revoked.

Voluntary DMCA Compliance

Although not subject to U.S. jurisdiction, PornVill.com voluntarily complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To report copyright infringement, send a complete DMCA notice to our designated agent:

Required DMCA Notice Elements (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work (title, description, or official URL).
  2. Exact location of infringing material (full URL on PornVill.com).
  3. Your full contact details:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone
    • Email
  4. Good faith statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of this material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. Accuracy & authority statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.”
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices will not be processed.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was mistaken, submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic)
  2. Identification of removed material + original URL
  3. Perjury statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.”
  4. Your full contact info + consent to jurisdiction in your location
  5. Acceptance of service of process from the claimant

We will restore content within 10–14 business days unless a lawsuit is filed.
